Building Future Leaders: YCB Chattogram Orientation Program 2026

An inspiring and successful Orientation Program for new members was held on 06 February 2026, organized by the Chattogram Team of Youth Club of Bangladesh (YCB).

The primary objective of this event was to introduce the new members to YCB, provide a clear understanding of the organization’s goals, vision, and ongoing activities, and motivate young individuals to enhance their skills, develop leadership qualities, and contribute to positive social change.

Throughout the program, a lively and friendly atmosphere was created among the new members. Their thoughts, ideas, and opinions were welcomed, which will help enrich the organization’s future plans and activities.

Towards the end, the program concluded with various games and group activities aimed at strengthening teamwork and mutual cooperation. These activities further reinforced bonding, understanding, and unity among the members. In addition, certificates were awarded to the volunteers who participated in the YCB Chattogram Team’s Winter Cloth Distribution Program as a token of appreciation, recognizing their contributions and encouraging them for future involvement.

The YCB Chattogram Team firmly believes that youth are the primary driving force of positive change in society. During the event, the Coordinator and Joint Coordinator delivered important guidance and motivational speeches, which created a renewed sense of enthusiasm and responsibility among the participants.

Through this successful arrangement, the YCB Chattogram Team aims to continue organizing such constructive and impactful activities for the youth in the future.
