Emergency Flood Relief: Collection & Packaging

Youth Club of Bangladesh, Dhaka division organized a campaign to help the flood-affected people survive in their critical situation. The organizing team collected donations, dry foods, and clothes from our Advisors, the President, the General Secretary, YCBians & their families, and well-wishers. 

They worked tirelessly for days to deliver relief to the flood victims. They spontaneously participated in the relief food buying, packaging, and distributing.  Sadia Ahasan, Coordinator, Youth Club of Bangladesh, Dhaka Division, and her team consisting of 50 volunteers worked for this event. Even volunteers from other clubs, associations joined the team to help with the work. to collect and package the relief. We got support from CMUD, Study Al Quran to Understand; SPRROWTEX Fashion; Grameen Danone; Creative IT, Bangladesh Thalassaemia Samity Hospital; Akij College of Home Economics, and Akijian Nutrition Association. 

Our honorable advisers Muzahid Al Beruni Suzon, Dr. A.K.M. Ekramul Hasan Swapon, Md. Eng. Mosharra Hossain, Shahidul Islam Rajon, Zia Uddin Mahmud were directly involved in our work, including our President Arefin Rahman Himel, General Secretary Sanzida Zaman Liza, Senior Vice President Shamim Al Mamun Pavel, Associate Treasurer Md. Shahjalal Samrat & Former Vice President Nayem Alam Roki. 

Our other two divisions, Youth Club of Bangladesh, Rajshahi division & Youth Club of Bangladesh, Chittagong division helped us to collect donations.
